The Knowledge Management feature in Type Pulse helps AI better understand your writing context—like your brand voice, target audience, or accumulated research. You can also use it to extract summaries, key points, and insights from hundreds of documents or articles, making your workflow smarter and faster.

Creating Knowledge Assets

What Are Knowledge Assets?

Knowledge assets are the valuable documents, guides, and resources you create or upload in Type Pulse. Each piece of content becomes a reusable asset that the AI can learn from—growing smarter the more you use it.

Getting Started

  • Click New to create a document or upload a file to your library.

  • Supported formats: PDF and TXT (max size: 20MB per document).

  • Extract content directly from a URL → enter the link, click Extract Content, and a TXT file will be generated.

Document Organization

Keep your knowledge base tidy and accessible:

  • Folders – Create custom folder hierarchies to match your workflow.

  • Search – Quickly find documents, uploaded files, or even chat histories.

  • Export to PDF – Download documents anytime; archiving older files is recommended.

  • Share with URL – Generate a unique link to share your document securely.

Context Sharing with AI

Make your AI outputs more accurate and personalized by sharing knowledge assets directly in chats.

How It Works

  • Use @ to tag and select documents from your library.

    Note: Available only in Chat Mode with Thinking Mode enabled.

  • The AI will reference your chosen documents to deliver context-aware responses.

  • All context remains private and secure within your workspace.

  • When extracting or analyzing info from your knowledge base, always keep Thinking Mode on.
